I already offer a flat rate MLS listing for $450, but I wanted to offer something greater....something that hit hard.....how about rebating 50% of my selling commission back to the buyer...yep that works!<br /><br />SavannahRealEstate.com is a real estate company that has set itself apart from traditional "old school" real estate and is ready to embark to new heights!!!<br /><br />To good to be true?????
